Additional fees: Fees are paid directly to the language school. We do not charge extra fees. Depending on the course, an application fee (11,000~20,000 JPY) is asked for in advance.

Exchanges & Returns Policy: In case of course cancellation, after payment, the application fee is non-refundable. Refund policy depends on the course, please ask for it if required.

Delivery times: You can expect a reply to your email within 3 working days. In case of no reply, please check all inbox folders then inform us and we will reply you promptly.

Accepted Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, international bank transfer, depending on the course.

Payment period: Please pay within 7 days of receiving the invoice, or by the due date written on the invoice.
For long-term student visa courses, the invoice is sent after acceptance, about 1 month before your course starts.
