Practical Japanese Plus Traditional Culture in Tokyo and/or Fukuoka

Japanese Ability:

All levels.

Recommended for: 

Learning communicative Japanese & grammar, plus enjoying fun traditional cultural activities.

Highlights: 

  • Tokyo: Never-ending entertainment in the big city. Conveniently travel to famous places anywhere.

  • Fukuoka: Enjoy the beautiful beaches close by to the school. Known as the new silicon valley of Japan.

  • Choose to study at both Tokyo & Fukuoka/do some weeks of the pop culture course if you like.

Class Size:

Maximum 9 in a class, so students and teachers have close relationships, with more support. Learn Japanese in an at-home like environment.

  • The most flexible option. Optional kanji classes, test-taking skill classes, private lessons available.

Fukuoka: 14+

Further Information:

  • You can join every Monday, or every first Monday of the month for complete beginners.
  • Many optional cultural activities (such as Japanese exchange, ikebana) are available after class.
  • Various school outings are held on public holidays when the school is closed. If there is no trip and the school is closed, ¥1,000 is refunded to the student.
  • You will study 20 lessons of Japanese per week, Monday-Friday, and then have 3 two-hour cultural "experience" classes every Saturday.
  • Each course is minimum 1 week. The cultural actitivies every Saturday is for a maximum of 4 weeks. If you wish to study longer, you can choose other courses or do the Practical Japanese course (just the core classes, see below) for longer.

√ Both in a convenient and peaceful location; perfect for study (Tokyo: Next to a shrine. Fukuoka: Quiet street.)
